★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My very first vape experience in malaysia and couldn't be better! The guys of this shop are super kind, friendly and extremely helpful, making me try a huge variety of juices! All of them incredibly tasty! (And trust me, I am a picky vaper)... I went to other places in KL, no one other shop is nearly comparable to them! Went back twice during my holidays in Kuala Lumpur and i will come back again 100% Loved this place!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service, staff and ejuices. The best thing that you can test the flavour before buying. Despite of the store size and limited number of flavours still got branded ejuices with reasonable prices moreover you get free recoil service at any purchases. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an honest review. I was very surprised at the standard and quality of not only vape empire, but almost all. I visited them about 2-3 years ago, and with the free for all internet ejuice sites, these shops have an old look to it. The bad part is that it doesn’t have a decent ventilation system. I entered and it was very misty from vapour. It’s obvious there are no special ventilation systems installed for their vape shops. These shops don’t have many mods but plenty of juices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok, not the best choice of flavours. I had to wait for half and hour due to lunchtime prayer. The guy had just left a note saying he'll be back soon, but no real timeframe. Then I had to endure the loud banter of his "buddies" who kept coming in and interrupting in that very "yo bro" kinda way. The shopkeeper was polite but after I tried 5 flavours he got fed up with me and I felt pressured to make my choice without asking for more as it would have made him really anxious. Not a bad guy, just not used to European customer service. Air conditioner was blasting so no issues with ventilation there.. The shop is two floors under, in a large shopping mall so I had to ask a few times until I find it. Overall, mediocre experience but not exactly negative.
