★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Termination of cord blood banking service due to volume of cord blood not enough. CellSafe is promised will refund in 3 months, but until now still not refund yet, it was 5 months after termination. After many times checking with Cellsafe, they are informed put my refund in priority list, when I requested for a date, they replied may pay by end of Dec'20 mean CellSafe use 8 months to process a refund. It really make me so disappointed and regret to choose CellSafe, a worst experience for me.
Wait for 1 year also can't fully refund me...keep give excuse don't refund and give empty promise...what a bad experience!!!
