★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very impressed! Walked in at 9am and someone immediately greeted me and gave me a form to fill. Then provided me with advice on the right tests I should be taking. Taking my blood was fast and painless. The whole experience only took 25 mins! Also, their pricing seemed very reasonable. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad and unfriendly customer service. Staff said results will be emailed in a week's time but a week has past and have not received it yet. Blood test options and add-ons are scams to trick you into paying more money. Be warned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff and well treated, they great us with warm smile makes us to feel comfortable to share our health issues. The person who attended my mother knows how to handle elderly people as my mother didn't felt the pain of syringe for blood taste.
Felt worth to wait as they got plenty of clients who line up even before they open. This shows their clients are happy with the treatment.
Plan your visit wisely as the parking is difficult abit due to busy area
Will recommend to friends and family too..

Went there 2 two times after to collect results, but no one was inside?
They literally NEVER answer calls so it’s frustrating when you spend 30 mins+ to find a parking in telawi and find out that it’s open but no one is inside and no one answers the phone.
arrogant and little rude. need to patient to talk with them. I hope you can change your attitude

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an unpleasant experience while drawing blood. The staff didn't apologize and explain why she failed to draw blood from my left arm and straightaway moved on to my right arm. She needs to improve on her customer service. I can tolerate the pain but not unprofessional attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked online on their website prior to coming for a blood test. I usually have trouble with drawing blood due to hidden veins but the Indian lady staff was able to draw mine pretty quickly. Kudos to that.
Unfortunately the front desk staffs have trouble to manage the crowd of people looking to do blood test and coming in to collect the results. Better customer management needed.
Note: They can send your results via email however you need to state clearly that you wish for it to be sent via email. Easily received my results within a couple of days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Chinese lady inexperience to draw blood and causes bruised neither apologize of hurting me. Just act “tak apa attitude”. Lousy service and not worth to spend RM1.4K here. Regretted and my two cent to you don’t come to this outlet. ?? I can show u the photo of after two days still hurt and bruised

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfriendly and impatient crew. Online promotion not listed at the centre and the staff didn't have the patience to explain what was covered in the plan. Restroom light was fused trying to get urine sample was an adventure (thank goodness for torch light on phone!). The centre needs a major refurbishment.
