★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not trust this developer. You wouldn't get what you paid for. Best example is Scott Tower Apartment project at Larkin a.k.a 'Perumahan Aman Larkin'. Never rectify defects, poor building quality. Developer never care to do anything to rectify all the problems.
