★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very inconvenient place. Parking is confusing. Visitors need to pay for parking fees at Block A but other blocks (B, C) no need. What kind of management is this?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dissapointed. Playground not well maintain, dirty. Bored environment. Nothing interesting here. Plus roof top swimming pool under reconstruction. The owner never mention about that. I booked thishouse for fmily holiday but very dissappointed bcoz we cant njoy n use the swiming pool. Mini golf area faded and not maintain. cusion at swimming pool faded and dirty at the kaziboo. Overall i can say it spoil our special holiday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice neighborhood with access to nearest highways such as Federal Highway and PLUS. Near to TBS and will soon be near to MRT station. Also, residents able to buy some food in the convenient store downstairs or to grab some coffee at the coffee shop. The interior is nice and all but some areas in the interior should be well cleaned. I see some floors are not well kept.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a hotel nor lodging facility. It is a private residential condominium complex.
Decent private accommodation.
May not be the upscale type and the facade design is definitely outdated despite only being built less than 5 years, but is a great place to stay for its easy accessibility to major highways. Very well established Sri Petaling, Kuchai Lama is just 2-5 mins drive away.
Upcoming MRT station within walking distance is a piece of great news for the residences around.

But the building is terrible, leaking everywhere
If you buy this condo you will totally finish.
I’m just a tenant, before I come in owner just finish repair the leaking problem.
But just 1 and half months time leaking again
You even can’t imagine the plug also can come out water so dangerous man!
