★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad workmanship, all the walls, tiling are nt level. It caused a lot of troubles when doing the interior. Their lobby might look fantastic but the units look so terrible. Seriously dissapointed with this kind of quality.

For block B balcony facing SCHOOL&MRT2 had better view then facing giant supermarket (^_-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One exit out to highway. Need to drive carefully when going out. Security is rude & dumb, all visitor parking r occupied that time. He asked me, the 'tenant wannabe' to park my Audi at roadside. I double park at the visitor parking area, and ensured the road even Lorry can come in & out w/o issue. I even put my phone number at the window. The security then called me, telling me he is going to claim my car (like after 2 mins). This is nonsense. If you're the management of Kenwingston Avenue, please teach your security how to behave normally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Insufficient of visitors parking and residential parking. Make no sense of asking resident to rent car park at the other condo beside the property. Park outside of the street also received saman . High Airbnb unit rate, stranger walking in and out .
