β β β β β Nice neighbourhood mall, need your groceries done, a nice spot to relax (chill vibes like the kopitiam/ mamak stall or fast food restaurants to the neighbourhood barsβ¦) come and enjoy!

β β β β β This is one smaller community mall compared to One Utama which is huge, large and famous. You can find pubs, restaurants, eateries, Starbucks coffee, a KFC, Baskin Robbins, Secret Recipe, Guardian pharmacy, a kopitiam, kids playground and even a clinic. If you fancy fast food, then walk over to McDonalds on the other side. It is kind of a one stop for all your fast food choices with either KFC or McDonalds.
Parking is ample at some hours in the day else, just double park for a while with your calling card and get your food. Parking is also free after certain hours or weekends. Or if you have One Card then usually it is quick below an hour visit then it is free parking. I would not suggest parking outside as you might get summoned even on weekends. This has happened before.
Building does look like it needs some upkeep and to be renovated in certain parts. But overall, it serves its purpose to the community.

β β β β β It's a pretty small mall, but there's tons of stuff you could do there. Like shop, go for tuition, get your nails done, or even eat! The choices are not as much but still good!

β β β β β In the food court Kong Yam Kong Sek, the shop Judy's Hakka Lei Cha (Hakka Lui Char Crispy Popiah is always open but nobody works there. When I ask other shop workers, they said "Keluar rehat". How to do business like this? I am a customer and I want to eat lui char, but you don't want to serve me? What nonsense! Better close down lah! Terrible!!!

β β β β β This is a 4 story mall but above 2 floors donβt have much tenant due to COVID. I saw some Korean and Chinese customers. There were KFC and MACDONALD

β β β β β Had lunch at their foodcourt. They have many food stalls to choose from Tried their wanton noodle siu yuk at one of the stall. This is definitely one of the best wanton noodle I ever eaten paired with 3-layered team. Satisfied customer here. A must-visit place...??
