โ โ โ โ โ I was doing groceries in Starling and thought I'll just swing by the post office to post out a gift. The staff here were rude and a bit suspicious. I bought a box to send a gift to my nephew IN Australia. The counter lady was eyeing the outfits I was going to send and she kept asking me to leave it to her to pack it. When I politely declined and said I'll do it myself, she began to give a very unpleased look which I found odd. After placing the gifts and card in the box I proceeded to ask if they have any spare tape so I could seal the box. The same lady at the counter had a huge roll of tape but she insisted that parcels do not need to be sealed. She was rather pushy asking me to just hand her the box and insisted the contents will arrive safely at the destination, and no seal or tape is needed.
I found her pushiness very suspicious and so just told her I forgot another card and would come back again later to send it off. In the end, I took the parcel to my regular post office in Taman Tun instead. I have dealt with the staff in Taman tun on many occasions, and find them muchore professional, efficient and helpful.

โ โ โ โ โ My usuall mall to buy cat litter fr Pet Lovers Centre, tea fr Famous Amos, snacks & food fr LG same floor as Jaya Grocer supermarket. One stop mall near my residence with more variety. Safer too compared to One Utama during this pandemic. Less people.

โ โ โ โ โ Overall ok experience. Only setback was the printer to print driver's license was down when I first went there. I had to go a second time. This could have been updated in Google map and notify when the device is up and running. Another issue was no one answer call, not sure if the number provided by Starling mall directory listing is still good and in use.

โ โ โ โ โ In this day and age, we be would have expected things to be a little faster moving than what it used to be.
4 counters available but only 2 manned, and with a wait queue of 21 persons (thatโs what it said on my ticket), I knew I was in for a long wait (48 minutes).
I suppose one visit only isnโt enough to form an opinion about wait times here. You might have better luck early in the morning or nearing knock off time.
But, I must say that the metal chairs in the waiting area were quite comfortable.

โ โ โ โ โ If you ever want to learn more on leasing, observe See Hoy Chan's mall. It's integrated with the office blocks, shop lots, service apartments and residences. To drive traffic in from its neighboring competitors Atria (OSK) and Tropicana City Mall (Tropicana), parking here is FREE for the first hour. Good tenant mix - anchor tenants include MBO, Jaya Grocer, Popular Bookshop, etc. The F&B businesses in the mall does not kill off businesses in the shop lots due to different target segments and opening hours. Clean and bright.

โ โ โ โ โ Ample parking, great place to get what you need done at post office.
Only thing that is terrible here is the staffs that are taking thing their own sweet time.
Stand 30mins waiting. Two staff doing one person. Donโt understand how this system works. Mr Khairul, pls look into improving the rate of waiting time. tq
