★ ★ ★ ★ ★ buy SHOPPEE voucher and use when last weekend of the promotion, very bad experience, the seafood (crab and fish) feeling not fresh, the sotong and Satay over cook become kerasike eating stone, the waiter also very early come to collect money like scare us run away ??(5 min after we get food and half way we eat, don't know is cause we only two person easy to bully or not, last time we go 5 person very good service and collect money after we done eat ???)
very disappointed this time, think first if you want to go

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having good experience with staff there a very welcome nd polite service. Bad thing is the buffet, food not enough. At the first minute food is came and just second minutes the food just took away by a single person without crowd controlling causing me had come and queue few times there still empty plated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked on 3rd day of CNY. Arrived at 10.50am for our 11am slot but everything was still closed up and the lift was still shuttered close. We only managed to get our karaoke room at 11.30am because of the queue at the reception that started at a little past 11am. If they start their karaoke slots at 11am, IMO they should have gotten ready much EARLIER than 11am and NOT START PREPARATION at 11am... Wasted 30 minutes, which could have gone to our karaoke session. After our experience, I would recommend booking the 12pm slot instead since they take their sweet time to open their venue.
Food was ok for its price (RM22.90++ per pax for our session). Karaoke system's touch screen was not sensitive enough. Variety of song choices is decent enough.

i've been their loyal customer since 2019, my weekend hangout spot! I've been to many karaoke places in KL and PJ, i still thinks nothing beats this place...
each room have clean washroom
price are not that bad compared to other joints
sound system is way better than redbox or other ktv
song options, it may not have all the latest, but at least the karaoke clip are not as bad as other karaoke place
those fear of parking, well, you have the option to park valet or park by the road side like others..
staff are rather friendly and they can easily spot if you're a regular!
During MCO, staff were kind enough to notify us if the place is open, close, or any additional restrictions etc.. price changed during this time and they observed the SOP
They value customer's safety, hygiene, heck it could be your 2nd hang-out place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The always good things about Neways is every room got its own toilet that u don't have to walk out from the room. New songs available and they consistently upgrade the system and function with competitive promotion always. Cleanliness is acceptable compared to those public shared toilet. Just the parking rate had increased so much from RM4 to RM10 now

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay ... hear me out, the food here is actually better than a lot of cafes out there. It's my 3rd time having the spring chicken.
Of course the main purpose of visiting Neway is not for the food, but for the karaoke. Ideally there is better song selection but I haven't found better karaoke place so far. Loudspeaker's sound system sounds kinda weird, much prefer Neway's.
