★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Eu Yan Sang retail store here is one of the largest outlets of Eu Yan Sang around the Klang Valley in scale, selling a plethora of traditional (mainly) Chinese and (some) Western herbs. The store is brightly lit, with clear directories and a clean overall environment, and most of the staffs stationed here are quite friendly in helping you whenever you face any difficulties in this shop. The products sold here are authentic, and rather reasonable in price for its decent quality, although the price of some like ginseng are top in numbers. Also, the store does hold various events offering rebates and promotions for its exclusive members, and the place is also easily accessible from the LDP and the local housing communities nearby, as well as via frequent Petaling Jaya City Council free shuttle bus services.

I'm regret on supporting this branches (Ss2) since 2016. You had just lost a customer who supporting you since 2016. Goodbye

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came before CNY, packed with shoppers but still very good service. Staff to explain and help with products knowledge. Even with queue to cashier, very orderly. Can get traditional medicine, chicken essence, honey etc.....

I am just asking about the product pricing and how the discount works but the service lady was impatient and explained in a way as though she is not happy to provide the discount and the explanation.
She also impolitely said "我不懂怎样跟你沟通” (I don't know how to communicate with you) and "所以这个你要不要买?" (So do you want to buy this?).
Hey Eu Yan Sang, if you are not willing to provide discount for your items, then DONT.
Please train your employees to have better communication skills and know how to communicate with customer and the patience, otherwise please stop being in the customer service line.
This will be my last visit this Eu Yan Sang as this is not the first time I have a bad experience here.
