β β β β β First bumped into Cat at a roadahow in DSH when I took my kid for medical checkup. Enquired about an insurance policy for my kid and she provided detailed explanation of what was required to protect my kid. She also went above and beyond to deliver the medical card to my wife late night when my kid was admitted to the hospital a month later.
Impressed with her service, I took up additional policies for myself through her. Cat is always responsive to whatever questions I have. Dealt with many insurance agents before this but I truly admire Cat for understanding her clients and recommends suitable policies based on the client's requirements and affordability.
