I scheduled a pickup at 3 p.m. for 24th Jan 2022 on 21 Jan 2022 . at 1 pm, I had a feeling that I needed to check the lalamove app and to my horror, the order was completed but the driver (named Mohd Safuan) had not picked up the item and I had not received it. Lalamove does not have a call center but a live chat. Ritika Panwar was my chat agent and without any explanation just apologised and refunded my money. I demanded to know what happened to the driver and how can the order be completed without my consent / notified to me. If I had not open my app and check, I would not have realized that the order had been cancelled. Panwar did not answer my question and just asked me to refresh my app. I proceeded to ask about the coupon voucher /discount that I used for the order and whether it would also be reinstated. Panwar just replied to refresh the app and "after sometime" check the coupon again. I pressed further to understand what does" after sometime" mean because i needed the item picked up in 5 mins. so the coupon needs to be returned to my account in 5 mins. Panwar just replied "that is why I informed you to check the coupon after sometime" and then Panwar disconnected the chat without allowing me to reply. I received a notification "chat ended because you took too long to reply" i was in the middle of typing and Panwar ended the chat. I only wish I had screen recorded Panwar's chat box. Terrible customer service and even worst app that allow orders to be completed without my consent.

This indian lady who drove a Nissan Almera number plate AJL 7731 grey in color is very rude to call to ask for the location and said sender never gave an address, I wonder how she delivers goods without an address, she is very near my house when she called me so I'm tried to lead her to my place, she put down the phone while I'm talking. I have not come across so rude driver she even shouted and said wasting her petrol. Super rude indian lady Lalamove should aware of such rider.

Please educate/train your driver! We are using smart phone now, not nokia 3310, got GPS, got photo! Don't lie don't create story, deliver to the correct destination & leave your customer stuff on the roadside! This is the worst courier service!

Not so lucky with Lalamove Live Chat in their apps. Asked about driver assignment as I ordered a day before. It’s nearly 2 hours before the pick up order time but no assigned driver. It’s ok to wait but the chat agent just ended the conversation when they cannot answer my question. So unprofessional. Too bad there’s no rating for Lalamove Live Chat Agent.

Such a terrible service and system! Driver took 2 hours + to deliver a less than 10km order on Sunday lunch hour. And I’m pretty sure there’s no heavy traffic that can cause such a huge delay. And you know what? I know why this is happening because Lalamove allowed drivers to take other jobs even BEFORE they completed the first job. What a great system and therefore driver will keep telling you another 5 mins while have your items to go makan angin before arriving your place!

BEWARE!! Lalamove does not allow you to withdraw your money from the wallet! Only upon closure of the account then you may withdraw, BUT with a fee of 5% of the remaining value or RM15, whichever higher. This is not stated anyway until speaking to their customer service. This is so ridiculous and borderline fraudulent. I was starting to like this service until they pull this stunt. Extremely Disappointed. I recommend to pay with cash. Now my money is stuck in the wallet forever.

After today incident, I came across this review site of Lalamove. It seems like the disappointment to customer is their usual practice. Today deliver products to my overseas client we've been treating our customers with high manners and keep our company reputation good until the driver took the money from both side? It is so unbelievable! I feedback to customer service, I like when they take the immediate action by calling me back but the ridiculous excuses from the driver said he is not sure is he getting the money from both side or not but will return it back to me the money? What kind of ridiculous excuses and irresponsible response?!!! I told him asked the driver keep the money no need to return back to me I don't want to see him again! Who is going to compensate this kind of insulting and the company face/reputation? I truly speechless. The customer service said very sorry for this incident and will take action to the driver. To be honest I am not happy with how they handling customer complaints with no proper action and non sincerity response. When customer is not happy mean failed to Handling customer complaints. What is customer service then?

Got a 17 ft lorry for moving house. Driver + 2 helpers. Paid $381 +$19 tips. Driver came with one college boy like helper. Moved one piece of furniture and kept getting on the phone. Subsequently, got another college boy to help. Left 2 pieces of furniture unloaded because lorry is full. I got no receipt from Lalamove for this order because he did not submit the order to Lalamove. I had to call in another small lorry with Driver + 1 helper at another $196 to transport the 2 pieces of furniture left behind.
