★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered two drink through easi apps today. Waited 2 hours.
The rider waited one hours at the branch, if the branch is not ready to process so much orders, stop promoting at 3 ordering platform so to not waste other people time.
The packaging of the tea came in like this, what a waste of material.
Tea is good, but definitely do not worth the time

Attached picture evidently shows the stain that have been used before.
Rm13 is not a big money for me, but I expecting I won't have to sip other's leftover though it's cleaned.
Kindly advise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch don't serve Hot Drinks for almost 1 yrs with the reason water heater faulty. . My drink is ready and waiting for packing . However the Counter girl is not attentive . day dreaming . i would patron at another branch or not at all.

Order 2 drinks. They made 1 drink only. Then I wait for 30mins for another drink and the previous drink from ice blended to no more ice. Already melt Very stupid la.. no effective at all. .
Many customers wait for nothing. They can't complete order for all the customers. The most pity one is those grabs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like their drinks. All are tea based. Sweetness level just nice. Have tried few of the drinks, love them all. This outlet have tables & chairs, can sit in, decorated nicely, very nice ambience for photography. And, very suitable for friends & family gathering & chating.
