β β β β β Coffee quality is good but got to check your order as sometimes there could be mix up. Ambience is nice with WiFi too. Using their app will get you free coffee like Starbucks.

β β β β β I've been to this branch a lot of times, and while I like the menu, I have to say the quality is not consistent. Some days the drinks are good, some days it's watery or too much milk. Maybe could improve on barista training? I'd love to support our growing local franchise so I hope your team would look into making sure the quality is consistent.

Dined in to have some breads and coffee.
It takes around 20 mins just for them to heat up my bread. After finished my bread, my coffee was still not yet ready.
I waited for another 20 mins and walked to the service counter to check again. I saw the coffee was ady there. They never called my name even the coffee was ready, even I was just sitting in one of the tables nearby the counter.

β β β β β Love the gula melaka frappe, disappointed with the crew. My most recent purchase was tasteless and the ice wasn't crushed properly, you can even tell by the colour that it's lighter than usual. Not consistent or maybe new staff with lack of training or they just don't care about customers orders?
Been a regular at this branch for a year now so I know what I'm talking about. Kindly improve on your crew service, great products but if there's no quality, what's the point?

Cocoa mocha best drink, sometimes I take two in a row.
A place that I could make myself focus work while listening normal chatter and barista coffee machine sounds.
Great place to bring work to camp in this cafe.

β β β β β Wanted to introduce my family to ZUS, so ordered delivery for x2 hot cappuccino, 1 cold latte & 1 sparkly pineapple thunder. Delivery was prompt and packaging were great. Cold latte and thunder taste fine but hot cappuccino taste terrible like a huge cup of diluted milk with no foam at all. Based on the photo can clearly see the ice latte has darker color than hot cappuccino. By right cappuccino should have more espresso with some foamy milk and less milk than latte.
Both hot drinks were for my parents and I got lectured for hours on why I waste money on bad coffee like this when instant coffee taste better. I had to make coffee for them in order to soothe the situation.
Iβve been drinking hot cappuccino from Zus, Dβpulze, Cyberjaya branch and they always do a good job in balancing the espresso, milk & foam. Your staffs should learn from this branch.
Wanted to give 1 star only but because Iβm a fan of Zus, give 1 more extra to this branch.
