★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servis agak slow la. Hospital tiap2 hari memang ramai je orang. Mana taknya, pakcik makcik mai check up bagai. Pergi pukul 7 pagi pun dah ramai yg tunggu. Dapat nombor 5 pon punyalah lama tunggu. Lepas ni tlg la perbaiki servis.
 The service is a bit slow. The hospital is full of people every day. Where is it, uncle aunt mai check up like. Leaving at 7 in the morning, many people are already waiting. Getting a 5 pound number is a long wait. Then repair the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agak kecewa(9 Apr. 2022)....isteri telah dimasukkan ke wad kecemasan sbb kes darah tinggi pd jam 11.00 pagi. Pada jam 4 petang baru dipindahkan ke wad perempuan...saya x pasti apakah amalan SOP hospital ini.... kenapa waris yg menunggu di ruang menunggu dari pagi hingga ke petang tidak dimaklumkan? Hari ini dh masuk hari ke-4, keadaan masih sama...saya ataupun isteri masih tidak dimaklumkan apakah punca masalah kesihatan ataupun apakah jenis treatment yg pihak hospital dh buat.buntu jadinya. Nurse pulak menjwb kena tanya doktor.

Quite disappointed (9 Apr. 2022) .... the wife was admitted to the emergency ward due to high blood pressure at 11.00 am. At 4 pm, he was transferred to the women's ward ... I'm not sure what the SOP practice of this hospital is .... why are the next of kin waiting in the waiting room from morning to evening not informed? Today is the 4th day, the situation is still the same ... my wife and I are still not informed of the cause of the health problem or what type of treatment the hospital is doing. The nurse replied that she had to ask the doctor.

I hope people understand why i give this one star. This hospital not recommended and the employee need to be proactive. Tq

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hospitality. The staffs are very helpful and kind. The doctors are kind too. The foods provided by the hospital quite good and delicious. Very fast service and efficient at emergency department. Great experience staying here as I didnt expect much as this is a small government hospital in a village. But overall is good.
