โ โ โ โ โ Really bad skills by a male barber (a starter I guess). Please get yourself a recognised barber before going, bunch of starters hired due to quick cut.

โ โ โ โ โ I have been a loyal customer for a very long time with Charren. Their service was excellent with affordable charges. Whenever I go there I will look for Ms. Lavender. I have not been there since the pandemic, I hope she is still there.

โ โ โ โ โ Unprofessional and not proactive at all.
Message sent in the Morning for appointment booking and only got to replied during night time which taking more than 12 hours for them to arrange.
Replying "okay", and the staff didn't even send a follow up message and assuming the customer could make it for the appointment. Please don't assume and if you're unsure then kindly send a response message to check! Really disappointed!
Not looking forward back to here as that could be better option out there.

โ โ โ โ โ I would visit them over and over again like I always do due to their impressive service and there's a barber that always cut my hair til a point that I'm impressed over and over again.
Most importantly, the price haircut is way cheaper than the other barber shops.
