โ โ โ โ โ First time visit and this is the most satisfied salon for me. Did bioma and the result came out is really really good, my hairstylist is super duper patient and do fulfill my request for my hair.
Price very reasonable and affordable.
Overall I had the best service from this salon and I happy with my hair too.
Abit difficult to find parking there, advice to reach there 10-15mins earlier to get a parking.

โ โ โ โ โ Professional and very friendly staff! I bring my daughter for haircut by the director (Jack) during her 1 month and also 5 months old, Jack was really professional as he will recommend what suitable and best for her. Definitely recommend! ?

โ โ โ โ โ Ms Ferne service is excellent. She is attentive, detailed, and professional through and through. The price for haircut and washing are surprisingly cheap for the service provided and no hard selling either! They do provide closed space if required. Overall, will patronize.

โ โ โ โ โ I discovered JY Stars Salon... 2 years ago and I never ever regretted it. I posted a review on how desperate I was looking for a hair salon when the previous hair salon which I was loyal to for more than 15 yrs closed down 2 years ago.
I was searching online for several weeks before finally decided to try JY. My first visit to enquire of the services provided, was attended to with a great smile, hospitality and welcome by Jack. He took time explaining things and I was truly eager to give it a try. I was not failed. It was an amazing experience indeed!!!
Coming from an Indian background, it was not easy for me to find an understanding hairstylist who can handle my long and thick mane. That's why I decided to stick with my previous hair salon for 15 yrs. I was truly sad when it closed down as I had very bad experiences with hairstylists (sorry to say...in fact all were women)...who handled my hair roughly because they found it was difficult to understand my hair.
My sadness was indeed shortlived when I found JY. Jack's team...Jason and Nicole, they were not only hardworking but constantly takes time and patience to understand each customer's needs.
Today...with Jack's magical touch ?...(sorry Jack...I have to be honest)...I went back home.... truly happy and satisfied...yet again!
Customer's satisfaction is important...and they delivered it each time. ??????

They helped professionally on every bit of my request, they take care of your need, listen to you carefully and consult professionally. Reliable services, great services, warm and welcoming staffs with beautiful smiles. The stylists give all out to make sure your hair look nice, they treasure your hair more than you do. Received lots compliments from friends after hair colouring and Relaxing/straightening treatment.
They even provide โafter saleโ guarantee, feel free to tell them your concern and they will try their best to satisfy your need. Very responsible and considerate!!

โ โ โ โ โ First visit to JY Star Salon, thumbs up for all your services. Initial appointment with Ms Ferne 11am, but Jack call me last minute on late night before the date to inform that Ms Ferne cant make it due to vaccination. He offer me to come 1hr earlier (10am which is shop not open yet). Jack so professional and friendly, giving good suggestion and advice on my haircut and coloring. Overall Im so satisfied with the result. After this, JY Star will become salon where i will rely on to handle my hair. Thank you so much teams ?
