β β β β β we been a big fan of Chatime, however the services provide is so dissapointing. Every time we come, they informed that there's no coffee since the supplier didnt sent to them, no stock, no nothing. i mean seriously? do us as a client should know all of that? you guys providing service. you should manage your stock. and it is so weird you guys close during lunch hour on friday? isnt all franchise work standardize?

β β β β β Been here like 3 times and never once they have the Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Tea + Sago nor do they care to give an indication when can one expect for the product offering to be available. The outlet lightings are not inviting, feels like an abandoned hangout place. Truly frustrated with this outlet.

β β β β β I bought today a premium crush coffe with coffe jelly then first they give me without jelly then they did not crush the ice as it should be then i taste it and it was so sweet that i hardly can taste the coffe tast ,, poor customer service

β β β β β 31/1 After an hour of purchase still have this much of ice when I requested for less ice. Sugar level also at normal although request for 30% only. I think staff at night are better? Because this staff don't comply withh request at all!
