I’m giving 1 star because of the service is super slow. No point book an appointment at requested time whereby you still need to queue..I’m waiting more than 2 hours just to get my turn even I have arrived half an hour early from appointment. I hope your management do something about this. Really disappointed with the service. The malay guard that work there super friendly with everyone especially girls..can share and take phone number..totally unprofessional..

I'm waiting about 1hour and half. I know all of you are busy. I am rushing too. I'm trying to make an appointment using online but failed. At the end the staff said that i can do using online or go to post office. You know, when I'm trying using online it doesn't have!!! I'm late for work and my working hours is 7.30am to 6.00pm. when did i have time to go to post office if my break time at 3 pm????

Bad really bad service , they asked me to wait out side with my kids 15 minutes , then they closed the door !!!!! They did even let me wait inside and it was soo hot our side !! Disrespectful !!!

I went to this branch on 9 Feb 2022. Super satisfied with the service from Maybank Shaftsbury Cyberjaya. I would like to say thank you to the security guard, the front desks trainee, Pn Zuraida, the Malay guy for Service Advisor at Counter 12(I'm so sorry I forgot to ask his name), Pn Ema and the rest. They are so helpful for me to open an account. Then, all of the staffs here is so friendly too. A quick tips for everyone it is better to get the appointment slots before come to the bank. It will make everything is easier. I didn't manage to get the slots but I only have today to settle everything. Hence that's why I opted for walk in. The front desk trainee already informed me in advance that I need to wait a little bit longer as I don't have the appointment slot. However based on my observation, the rest of the customers' processing time is so smooth. Once you already got to be inside and get your number everything will be so fast and smooth. It's only the waiting time outside the bank that make you feel so long. However it's the bank's fault. It is the SOP that all of us need to follow. All in all, I'm so satisfied with my account opening process today especially the service I received from the Service Advisor(Malay Guy) at Counter 12 and Puan Ema for ASB. Keep up the good work Maybank Shaftsbury Cyberjaya.

Front desk not professional.. I went to open business account.. Already done in online but again they ask to fill up the form.. Then for what online application for bank opening..the staff is really rude..and the tall Malay guard looking at me like a thief... Not even 1 star.. If you see any good reviews then it should be from their may bank employee... Please choose any other bank if you want to open a bank account.. Not even eligible for 1 star..

29042022 I'm come to write this review to say thanks especially to Maybank staff here Mrs Ida. (Don't know her full name) and also indian girl. They help me without judgement. Actually i went here cause to replace my debit card will expired on end of this month (30/4/2022) ..i arrived on 10am sharply but queue was so long.. i just follow the queue with my son (1y6month) then after 3hours the queue still not moving..my son cried (maybe tired need a drink or food ) i don't bring any of water or food (not expect take very-very long time to wait for my turn) After my son cried very loud Mrs Ida come to me asking what purpose that I'm coming here.. i explain to her then she allow us wait inside and give her drink ( really not expect this) and tissue to wipe peluh anak i.. im so thankful .. before she give her drink ( i already ask some help from indian girl (sit beside me) to buy mineral water to my son and give her some money..i really-really appreciated and want to say alot of thanks to this two persons . i was so thankful cause know the good and friendly person still have in this world(even though i never know them before this) Apa yang i dapat belajar hari ni ialah jika kita permudahkan urusan orang maka Allah akan permudahkan urusan kita.. semoga Indian girl yang bantu i tadi dipermudahkan urusan sentiasa dan juga untuk staff (pn ida) juga semoga dipermudahkan urusannya dan selamat sampai ke kampung halaman (sempat dia bercerita bahawa akan balik kampung pada malam ini bersama keluarga) tq jugak bagi angpaw (duit raya) untuk anak i.. 3/4 star untuk management di sini harap boleh diperbaiki lagi (i know this week maybe slow due to hari raya ) and for review servicing staff i give 5 star.. tq

Terrible in person experience. The lady in pink Tudong, her name is Zubadah, she yelled like my business partner and I are kinder garden students because we didn't know how to fill up the account opening form provided by them. Well this strictly destroyed their name although the online review has been indicating that Maybank2u has the best online banking service but their store front-desk service sucks! However, thier service advisor is very calm and consciously helping. Find ways to serve thier clients. Unlike the front desk, treating clients like a criminal with her tones and blames. Not to mention the fact that I have waited for one hour even with an appointment.
