β β β β β Food was warm and timely as were the drinks. I didnβt experience any of the bad experiences that people mentioned in their reviews. Perhaps those have been fixed.
I enjoyed the pork cheeks. There was a slight mixup as they informed us they were out then served us both the pork cheeks AND our replacement dish but both were good anyway.

β β β β β A corner chinese cuisine restaurant on the first floor of Bangsar Village shopping centre. They serve mainly Hong Kong style dishes and all of the dishes that we ordered, were very tasty. The sliced pork belly was really good. Not too oily and still crunchy. The salted egg yolk squid is nice as well! Pricing is slightly above average so be prepared to pay :)

β β β β β Liked this place since I discovered it. It's fried rice, eg Yong Chow fried rice, has good 'wokhei' and taste good ?. Other fried rice dishes are good too. They offer good value set lunch choices, but currently unavailable due to pandemic. It comes with HK style milk tea or coffee. The HK style milk tea is one of the best I have tried in KL, Malaysia. Quite a few places offer it, including HK themed restaurants, 'cha chan teng'. Chatterbox can beat them easily. However, like many Chinese restaurants, food consistency in quality defers occasionally.

β β β β β Today I purchased a couple of takeaway dishes from Chatterbox for lunch. The food can only be described as follows, β shockingly bad β. Their cooking used to be good and I enjoyed their food then. Today surprise is that the fried rice with seafood tasted like fried saw dusts and it was way too spicy. And I saw only a sprinkle of seafood, literally just that. The Fried Ho Fun beef portion was incredibly small. This is a sign that their customer service is already sinking fast in terms of food quality and appeal. Never again will I go to this restaurant. It is rather typical of Malaysian restaurants that they are never consistent. And this restaurant is a classic example of inconsistency. Pity, there is no zero star rating.

β β β β β Honestly, I will not dine there anymore! The food was
greasy and tasted horrible!
The tong fun was like wires and the lap cheong smelling like long over due oil. The tong poh pork bun was soaked at the bottom and wrapped with 2 pcs of all fats, no meat! Disappointed

β β β β β HK styled coffee shop in Bangsar. Ordered their hot and sour noodles with pork cheek. Presentation is below par, portion is agreeable. The soup is more sour than hot and the pork is dry and brittle on the outside but still soft and tender inside. The milk tea i would rate it on par with what we tend to expect from such establishment.

β β β β β My favorite local delicacies. Chinese cooking with "Wok hee"???? Love the fried rice here and always added on fried "choy sum". Don't miss this restaurant if you are visiting Bangsar.?

β β β β β The pig's cheek is the must order! Very interesting texture with a good sauce.
Their fried rice seems to be decent, filled with wok hei. Beef wan tan hor's sauce was nice but this dish doesnt hit me as much as other dishes when i have more.
Their pork chop cheese baked rice has so much flavors! Good cheesee:)
