★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is horrible. They have an oudated POS system which can't even look up the purchases. Customers have to run back and forth for exchanges and the whole process is unnecessary . Staff attitudes towards customers is rude and not helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most useless Uniqlo outlet in the world in terms of customer service. The pretentious lot working in this outlet behave like they are stuck up tycoons and being of service is beneath them. The Uniqlo clothes of course, are exceptional, in cut, styling and material.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once a store heralding the LOHAS movement with more colours than the socialist draped MUJI, the simplicity offered is much less principled despite the tokens of green and recycling bins, with unreasonable prices with little evidence of quality superior to M&S. No sign of removing textiles sourced from fossil fuels or a withdrawal of stores from Russia over Ukraine, are symptomatic of a neo-capitalist breed at its corporate heart which puts Profit before Planet and People. So pity the underpaid staff who couldn't care less for your store experience.
