β β β β β Went for CNY buffet on chor 1 and it was bad
Not worth it as we pay for RM118 per pax, the food selection is not much. Many of food missed from the buffet menu
Air condition is not function as well... Bad experience and disappoint?
Not going to visit again?

β β β β β Food was still frozen cold when it was just brought out from the kitchen a minute ago, ice potong was already melted when taken out of the freezer. A lot of the food shown in the menu was also not present.

β β β β β Coffee taste burn,some food was cold and not filled.some of bread counter dont even have tongs.19 myr for kids below 10 is totally not worth it.definitely not coming back.

β β β β β Went for a buffet dinner at Chatterz for CNY with family and it was a horrible experience. The seafood served (oysters, scallops) were not fresh, some of the items supposed to be on the menu were missing/not served and some of the deep-fried food were still frozen when bitten inside. The array of food was, at most, 25% of what was previously served pre-pandemic. Overall, it has spoilt my family's CNY dinner and I will not be returning here again.

β β β β β Two thumbs up for the restaurant. Located in Hatten Hotel, one can only expect the best here. The food was excellent and to top it off, the atmosphere here was even better. As for the service, it was great as the staff was always there to attend to your every need. Overall, it was worth the visit. I will not think twice if I were to go there again.

β β β β β yesterday's buka puasa buffet was a joke! Food was not replenished (when food finish you just give crakers....WHAT???), mediocre food quality and variety. No floor manager around when this happen and alot of people dont get to eat!!! you pay RM100 for what???? DO NOT COME HERE, NOT RECOMMENDED!!

β β β β β Why owh why you dont replenish your food during buka puasa buffet? You would know how many people will come right when you sell the tickets...... end up with no food, and only offer prawn/fish crakers when food is finished, WHAT???? it's BUFFET for god sake! No floor manager around when this happen too..... it's A DAYLIGHT ROBBERY!!! RM 100 for nothing......!!!!

β β β β β Got 2 days of buffet breakfast. Spread seems to be lesser than preCovid days. There were local stuff eg Nasi lemak, fried noodles, curry chicken, vegetables etc. A Prata counter, a soup noodles counter, western breakfast and pastry, fruits, salad, juices and coffee.
Unfortunately our favourite buffet dinner is not offered until further notice.
