β β β β β I went to the store at Hatton Melaka yesterday to view the Camping equipment. I signed my details and temperature in the book. Today when I went back to make my purchases I was told there was no book and I had to scan just now. Why no choice like other stores ? You lost my sale of Rm1,060. This is very bad customer service
