โ โ โ โ โ Arrogant & impatient lady boss. Talks very rudely and loudly to you even though you are a customer who she should be polite to.
Talks to you as if you owe her, and even had the gall to tell me that she actually didn't even want to accept my request in the first place because it was too insignificant to her.
Above all, she even messed up my orders. Showed her 2 of my designs which have no hinges in the front, she proceeded to do my orders and added hinges in the front of both finished products (which makes them very very ugly).
When i complained, she said her design is more practical and that i should value practicability over beauty. What kind of logic is that? Messed up the design and blame me for that.
People get stainless steel partly because they want their finished product to be more beautiful. I could have gotten the aluminium type for 7x cheaper but i went for stainless steel because it looks better.
She expects me to accept the ugly hinges and even scolded me, telling me that i am too troublesome and that she had no time to entertain customers like me.
Had i known that she will behave like this after i paid deposit (more than 50% deposit), i wouldn't have chosen this company. My mistake for trusting her. The deposit is considered burn since there is no way i will accept that ugly finished product which is different from the designs that i have given to her.
I trusted her but she let me down. I had to call off my contractor because the things are not ready on time because of her, causing further loss to me.
Seriously, stay away from this company. Find other fabricators who are willing to work with you. Definitely not this lady boss who only knows how to show her impatient/black face and talks as if you are beneath her.
