★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The toilet of this LRT Cheras Station is built outside the station, that mean you have to go out of the station in order for you to access the toilet, furthermore there is no covered walkway to the toilet. Very bad designed !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people working at this station is rude. No sense of customer service, at all. Customers aren't asking for much, a simple "Hi!" or "Hello!" would suffice. Even a smile would do!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived at cheras fr more than 3 years and loved the place, serene and calm, while the condomiums located at this area provide the best view of klcc and kl tower. Cheap rents and easy accessibility to bts and masjid makes the easy place fr accomodation. Nearby sunway mall is a best shopping destinations... The place has many food outlets so nothing to worry. Bintang mas, seri puteri, seri mass are easily accessible from cheras lrt station.
