★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a really pleasant experience. I am really happy with my face. Hyatt did my facial and she was very good at it. She was very professional and took great care during the painful extractions. I feel that my pores are much cleaner now. Really recommended for their facial services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a lovely facial today at Cherub with Hyatt! Instructions to enter the building were clear and as soon as we got here, we were greeted by the beauticians. It’s a really quiet, clean studio. We did a consultation first, and Hyatt did a really thorough job of understanding my skin concerns. I chose the rain treatment - exclusive facial, and the whole thing was lovely. As soon as i felt any discomfort, Hyatt was very quick to address it. Would definitely recommend coming here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such great service from Ms. Hyatt!! I had limited time during my stay in Malaysia and she was prompt with getting back to me and was able to fit me in her schedule.
The facial started with a consultation to which she answered all my skincare concerns and then we proceeded with the facial. She was very gentle and extracted all my blackheads— very thorough!! I cannot give more compliments to her! It was so relaxing and an amazing experience worth every ringgit. Before I left, she gave me some samples and coffee for my travels.

Got lucky to be the only customer on a Tuesday afternoon. I would definitely recommend this place to my other artist friends.

She is very concerned about my skin conditions and recommended the best treatment. she also given red date and longan drink before and after for rejuvenation. And the most important part is they never ever push you to buy any packages even if we asked. Very nice environment and peaceful. You should try it at least once. And the price is affordable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ms Tan was very thorough with the treatment. My pores are clear now, and my face is glowing! She also managed to remove an oil seed near the rim of my eye painlessly without any irritation. Spent almost 4 hours here. First half hour was for consultation and the rest for the treatment. Loved that there was no hard-selling of packages like some other places. Very nice experience overall.
