โ โ โ โ โ Proof at Arcoris is the second branch of the highly successful pizza joint that first started at APW Bangsar. Proof serves authentic woodfire gourmet pizzas, and I must say that their pizzas are one of the best you can find in the Klang Valley. Prices are a little steeper compared to other pizza joints but you get what you pay for at the end of the day. Highly recommended if you're looking for an upscale pizza restaurant in town.

โ โ โ โ โ Well, first time here at arcoris outlet. Used to patron Bangsar's outlet. Price has gone up. Service was good. Nothing much to complain as usual except for slightly damp crust in the middle of the pizza. Black truffle pizza still the one to go for.

Some like their crust thin and crispy, while others prefer a slight chew to it.
Prefer authentic Italian toppings like prosciutto and mozzarella accompanied with a variety of hand-picked herbs and greens or the saucier, cheesier American versions that are generously loaded with a whole slew of ingredients?
Ordered the highly raved gourmet Umbrian Black Truffle Pizza featuring a medley of mixed mushrooms, mozzarella, mascarpone, black truffle paste and blobs of taleggio for a stronger flavour. Whisked away by the tantalising waft of earthy aroma the moment it arrived, I was tempted to reach for a bite before getting a picture of it.
The dough was pretty light with each bite eliciting a pleasant slight chew laced with a subtle sourdough taste. More prominent was the rich, earthy undertone from the fragrant black truffle paste and juicy mixed mushrooms.
Sufficiently cheesy but not enough for a proper cheese stretch; the pungent patches of semi-soft talleggio were almost double the thickness of the base, while its creamy texture made it even scrumptious and comforting.

โ โ โ โ โ The food is decent. I didnโt like the pizza chef eating food in front of the pizza oven, facing the front door. He is happily just putting food into his mouth. Please enforce better SOP for your kitchen staff

โ โ โ โ โ Man, you guys really did badly. I mean, the RM70 seafood pizza is not even mediocre. Itโs terrible. After more than an excruciating 30 minutes, the pizza came and it was NOT hot. Itโs disgusting because itโs warm seafood that is not even seasoned with mushy mussels. The crust leaves a bitter charred aftertaste in your mouth and your fingers with black soot.
The entire dining experience is horrendous. The place is stuffy, and hot with loud pop music in the background. 0/5. Not coming here again.

โ โ โ โ โ Had pizza from Proof for the first time tonight, it was absolutely fantastic. Has high quality gourmet ingredients for the toppings. Crust was perfectly well charred. We have been waiting so long for a great pizza restaurant selling authentic pizza like what you would expect to get from overseas. We are super happy that they sell pizza with pork toppings

โ โ โ โ โ We came here for dinner and the experience was average. We ordered two medium sized pizza and a pasta. The pizza tastes good but a bit doughy for my liking. I find the medium size pizza is very small for the price charged. I think is more worth it to order the big pizza if you are not fuss for variety. The vongole pasta is nice but the clams are not clean well so the dish was very sandy.
The place is very well decorated, suitable for date nights or family night out. However, I find the place quite warm (probably due to the spotlights fixtures). Overall, an average dining experience.
