β β β β β I got into this gym after the MCO period because Celebrity Fitness in Sunway Pyramid is going for a renovation.
Overall, the equipments are less practical than the gyms that I went before; and the most thing I don't like about this place is there are bunch of muscular dudes conquered the free weights area, really frustrating because they are bringing lots and lots of them friends.
I don't think this place is par with my expectation. I will freeze my membership eventually ?

β β β β β Unprofessional, unreasonable staff ?
I am annoyed by this one male staff named Khai*** who keeps making rounds around the gym to confront customer on silly, unimportant things, even while they are half way working out. It just feels uncomfortable working out in this way.
One of the situation being that I was half way working out with a seated bench placed in the allocated position, and this staff came in and asked me to relocate and exchange the position of the seated bench with the flat bench beside which at the time nobody was using, for the reason of 'social distancing'. I meant I was the only one working out in that area that it did not make too much difference to where the benches are placed, plus both the benches are equally distanced by the yellow stickers. (If really this bugs you that much, why dont just wait till I finish my workout first, then you place the bench however you want.) There proves the unprofessionalism.

β β β β β WORST MANAGEMENT EVER!!!! One of their former staff Akhila from Chii Fitness Damen called me for an online class programme which I declined over the phone. Despite declining, I am being charged for the classes and was told I cant get a refund because there is no evidence showing that I declined but there is no evidence showing I agreed (I mean if I agreed I would have sent my payment details, there would be evidence of welcome messages/ how to use or download the app etc but obviously they will perceive it in the way that benefits their business)
After complaining, I got charged for the same virtual classes, not once nor twice.. but THREE TIMES and I am continuously getting charged. I have gone personally to settle the issue, I have sent emails , I have sent whatsapp messages and still not resolved.
Truly upsetting and can't wait to find another gym to workout in.

β β β β β Guys please get more equipments and machines..abductors machine is a must. Ive been to 3 different Chi clubs and this is the worst, in terms of equipment.

β β β β β First they will brainwash you to join the gym .. Then, random trainer will come and offer you personal training which cost more than monthly motorcycle bill ... Later, they will charge you even if you are not using the gym for that month as well ... They even charge you after blocking the member cards ... Autodebit is a scam for this company and don't sign up for autodebit ... They will say 50% off and charge you the usual fee as well

β β β β β I did not appreciate the service here, everytime you need to reach out their management Team, it takes you too long in response Lord , i would say that is kind of irresponsible service i have ever experienced. The equipment here is poor and the center is small not spacious at all. Barbell section is too limitted, only fit 2-3 people. Will not recommend!

β β β β β In December, I signed up for my friend and I was entitled for 50% in January. But in January, I got deducted for my normal fee, no 50% discount as they promised. I asked and talked to Fendy, who handles in financial department and he explained it was due to system issue. Then he said either refund in 90 days or 50% will be applied on the next month which is February. So leave me no choice, impossible I have to wait for 90 days for the refund. So I agreed to 50% applied on the next month. Then, I received notification my account was being deducted with normal fee again. How frustrating it was to see.. You promised and never delivered. Itβs quite disappointing. Staffs are okay but this shouldnβt be happening.
