★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent gym, they even have walk-in rates for those that are just starting out and can't really commit to a gym membership just yet. But after having a go at that gym you'll definitely want to be a member.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well equipped and spacious gym. Equipment well maintained. Designed for serious weight trainers. I especially like the area in the back with the conditioning equipment like battle ropes, sleds, farmer's walk etc.
Downsides: no water cooler to refill your bottle, lockers often broken and not repaired for months and the toilets could be a little more cleaner.
Also RM15 walk in is a little steep.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great place to be, very spacious gym offering machines weight, free weights, showers, lockers. They also offer protein shakes, BCAA & meal prep. I Highly recommended!
