★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is all OK ...The only thing I dislike is the cleaner ... They have to make the floor so wet all the time and the chemical they used makes the floor even more slippery .. and they don't care u r lying on the bench or what they will just sweep the dust to your face.. they should be more considerate

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good gym overall. But the 3 stars that are missing is your punctuality in opening your doors as stated on your “operating hours”. I came just to squeeze in a workout at 9am but yet I have to wait and this is not once or twice but this is my fifth encounter on a Sunday. As I sit here I am still waiting at 9:10am. Come on guys....show some respect for your member’s time. If you are not going to open at 9am, then don’t put it there. Change it to 10am or something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im dissappointed in Chi Fitness staff manners, a young new staff calling himself a manager asked me repeatedly and insulted me when I was on an urgent video call and in middle of workout to leave immediately ! me and my friends terminated our contract. we wish to spend our time in a more professional gym which they respect their most valuable source of income, Members ! as a manager first thing you need to understand is to realize customer is always priority and dont encourage them to terminate !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m feeling genuinely generous by rating this gym with 1 start which they honestly don’t even deserve.
Today after 3 months at the gym I had an issue with this rude gym for the millions time which had me to decide that i can’t take it anymore with this disrespectful, and disgusting gym, I decided to terminate my membership at the end of April as to finish my 4 months contract, I was shocked and absolutely surprised by what their manager said (Bella) when she told me that I must sell my membership to someone else if i want to leave which just shows how disgusting is this staff as I had to sign a form saying that I can’t ever sell my membership or give it to someone else when I first came to the gym. So how come she has the nerve to ask me for this right now!!!!.
