β β β β β Food are rather pricey and small portion. It came with a big pot but the soup they gave are so disappointing. I order pork stomach and the signature chicken pot. The chicken pot was not much meat and we are not too sure how to eat it as the sauces are getting dry out after cooking for long time. The waiter didnβt bother to check on us until I asked if soup was meant to be added inside because the pot is getting burnt at the bottom. And everytime we requested to add soup they only add a little bit, not sure itβs because we are just two ppl? Anyway not really attentive service and wish the food portion could improve.

Pork dumpling the skin is dried and not so fresh.

β β β β β Very good taste Chicken Claypot with 2 ways. Can continue as a steamboat after finished the chicken. There are various of choices of Claypot. Air-conditioned good.

β β β β β First time here, surprisingly pork belly chicken soup are tasty. Never noticed that chicken with pepper pork belly soup are so match. This time only manage to order one type of soup, definitely will come again to try other food here.
Price are reasonable.

β β β β β Love the pork belly chicken soup, recommended for ppl for love strong taste. Despite some of the chicken is abit too hard (maybe they used kampung chicken), but generally the flavour has got in to the chicken. However, seems the price for this outlet is much pricier compare to their other branch.

β β β β β Poor service, shop opens until 10 but last call is at 9 and service staff starts packing stuff up by 930. Would not recommend at all. Neighbouring hot pot shop has much better service. Photo provided as proof of patronage.

β β β β β Tried SS2 branch and this (Arcadia), I personally feel this branch is nicer. The refill soup more thick and rich than SS2 branch. But then the spicy level can increase more. 1 star deduct for this. About the spicy level I still prefer ιζ

². Easy to find parking, basement or open space parking just opposite their shop. Service there is very good and helpful. Price is slightly higher but acceptable and suitable for family gathering. Can do reservation first and they have table inside and outside..

β β β β β Food is good but service is bad. Itβs not crowded but the staff couldnβt attend to your basic request such as refilling soup. Need to call and rush many times only will do things properly. Very tired leh. I see they gathered around table and talk rather than attending to customerβs request ?
