★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These fellas have no idea of what they are doing when it comes to Tex mex food. The branch in klcc is much much better as are the ones in the us. Hell, the Penang one doesn't even have a restroom! The nachos were mediocre and come with no salsa. Basically cheese and refried beans over individual chips. A joke. The fajitas were a disgrace! Over salted, over cooked, vinegary rubbish. Onions were precooked or something as they were a bit plastic like. Again, no salsa or sauce. God help me I ended up adding ketchup just to swallow some of it as I was so hungry. Rm32 margarita was average at best. Don't bother with mexican food in Penang, its hopeless, as is this place. They need to take the whole staff down to kl for retraining.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The address is wrong. There is no Chili's Grill and Bar at this address. We thought this was walking distance from our hotel (450m) but when we reached the reception, they said there is no such restaurant here, and that it's another 2km from Gurney resort. This is disgraceful. Such kind of lapse in location and address is not expected from this restaurant chain, of all. Very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was disappointed with the textures of chicken and salmon in Trio Texas meal. Those were overcooked and lost their sweetness and not moist at all (chicken). With such price, I i expected the meal would be great in taste. The ambiance is good tho. If i ever go there again, I would not order the same meal again for sure.

We have waited for more thn 10 mnts for table even there is empty table(not clean).Only 1 person doing t cleaning who was Riad & he t one take order etc as well...t rest who taking care t floor is useless especially t i girl in front (not multitasking) . Eventho u r doing hostess job there is no harm for u to give a helping hand while u r free.M in f&b line for years..unacceptable.
