★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 1+hour for a plate of fried rice with chicken (friends waited 40+min). Only to be served a mushy plate of fried rice with uneven seasoning and a unappetising under-seasoned drumstick swimming in a pool of oil. Egg that came with it reeked of margarine and looked worse (see pic). A soured piece of cucumber and an ice cold sambal was served alongside.
Poor service from waiters who didn't give a proper time indication from the kitchen. Sticky tables and overly loud music.
Only redeeming factor was the lovely manager who responded well and the free chilled water they gave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting time need to be improved. Checked in at noon for lunch. Our order reached the kitchen around 12.57pm and we waited for almost 1 hour for our food.
Food tasted just ok. Would like to comment on the cheese served in the burger too. Why was it stacked like that? ?

We just ordered a coffee but somehow it takes 10 minutes for them to inform us the barista suddenly have emergency and unable to serve us the coffee. Only one person know how to make the coffee is it?
The staff also unable to apologize properly and somehow the other staffs keep looking at us synically like we don't have any money to order more food. You already wasted my time, and dare to do that kind of thing? Please learn on how to be more polite in the future.
If people do that kind of thing to your mom, what will you feel?
Food? Ok~~
Maybe you should learn more on how to fry the wedges because it is soo OILY.
We only love the waffle, but wait waiting for the waffle to be done also takes a lot of time.
p/s : I do prefer a real genuine reply here, not a copy-paste answer, thank you very much.
