★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have 3 machine for self-order, but some customers taking too long time to playing with the machine... You have to spend time to wait for order at kiosk, and waiting for your foods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited almost 30 mins for drive through service and was informed nugget was Sold out. Disappointed. Ordered happy meal but dint get the toy. Luckily I check before I leave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst managed McD outlet I have ever encountered. The settings and location were good but unfortunately the management and service were way below par.
I visited the outlet on 3nd day of H.Raya, ordered food via kiosk and asked for table service. No food came even after 1.5 hrs of waiting, despite I alerted the staff after 1 HR waiting. Apparently my order was left on the counter - another customer had noticed it and informed me. When I made a complaint to the Manager, I was told that they were short handed and therefore stopped the table service, without informing the customers. She further explained that she had no way of informing the customers regarding the cancellation of table service.
Any logical thinking Manager would have put a notice or a staff near the kiosks to inform customers not to request for table service, and kept all table service numbers.
To top the chaotic and confusing situation at the outlet, a staff wrongly sent another person's order to my table after I finished eating...I pity the confused face of the staff when I told her the food wasn't my order.
Think McD should be more diligent in selecting their staff ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During rush hour the staff is panic and can’t handle the load. Service too slow. When less customers they can handle easily but when a lot they can’t. Maybe they need to hire more staff during rush hour as waiting time is too long for customer.The manager need to come with some strategy and fix this issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious, good for kids. workers are diligent delivering food to tables and wiping tables non - stop. This joint is better than others I've been to because it's less crowded and plenty of space for kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst managed Mekdi outlet! I ordered 1 Ice Americano and 1 Belgium Chocolate cake. I stand in front of the Mc Cafe counter and look at the screen, there are 9 orders queue show on the screen. One of the staffs ‘pretending’ to be busy but he didn’t make any drinks at all. 10 minutes later he click away 6 orders on the screen (I wonder if there another counter hiding somewhere that are preparing the drinks). Then the staff take his sweet time folding the box for cake, take out my Belgium Chocolate from the fridge, put in a paper bag then deliver to the collection counter. After that he went back to the screen and click away my order (means it has been done). I waited for another 5 minutes, the Ice Americano is not ready yet, I follow up with another staff, then she quickly run to the coffee machine and make my drinks. Oh so… there is no hidden counter, I wonder what happened to the 6 orders before me. Good luck to them!

Outdoor seating is available.
3 self service ordering machines.
The restaurant served breakfast, lunch and dinner. Only 1 staff is doing the table service.
This place require face mask and temperature check for customers, not so strict though.
Price: Moderate RM + 6% service tax)
