The members are encouraging and the best part is you get to determine your workload based on your availability. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Speaking from the experience of a Junior Translator who has been affiliated with Chill Solutions (CS) for over a month, I have to give credit to the organization for designing a proactive online system in delivering work opportunities to everyone according to their personal goals.
Unlike conventional organizations that assign tasks to their subordinates, we get to decide on the workload according to our own capacity. This form of flexibility allows an individual to plan his/her own goals according to his/her own pace, given that everyone has different sets of goals in life. For me, this is "socially ergonomic" because I get to focus on my research work while doing translation without having to compromise any aspect of what I enjoy doing.
What delivers my work smoothly also has to do with the casual two-way communication. I get to check on my work status, voice my concerns and share my ideas effectively through a common space online. In my opinion, the efficiency/transparency in Chill Solution's online system has minimized a lot of unnecessary verbal cross-checks.
If you are looking for an online environment that strives on individual authenticity, flexibility and open communication, I urge you to give this organization a go and I genuinely hope for you to find a comfortable spot to fit in like I did! :) Else, all the best in finding your own spot in this world!
