The drinks are really badly priced though - either reduce the price, or make it really worth the buck. Tealive could do way better for less.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered food via grab, ordered 6pcs of pastry but I only got 1 instead when it arrived! wasn’t inform about the changes. It would had been perfectly fine to contact me to change my orders or probably cancel it entirely but it was a big disappointment. Despite having gotten a refund on my payment. This is bad service, I should have just ordered else where.

Nothing special. Croissant too crispy outside, too chewy inside, not to my liking. Passion fruit base drink with lots of mix fruits infusion but can’t really taste them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is something new to explore the modern flavours croissants. The outer layer was crispy but the inner layers were not enough soft. Japanese Cheese and Premium Chocolate croissants were tasted ok and acceptable. The Raspberry croissant was too sweet due to the sugar coating on the outer layer and it was lack of raspberry flavour too. Garlic croissant was tasted acceptable but it could be better with garlic butter cream filling like premium chocolate one. Salted mentaiko was bad as only salty flavour can be tasted. A bit pricey with that small size of croissant. Environment is nice for a leisure tea time break with friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small stall selling various favourite of mini croissant, drinks and Japanese steamboat stick. I love the Japanese steam boat stick as it's much more cheaper than Family Mart. Taste good for tom yam soup too. Plenty of seats to choose and the environment also good, cozy. Staffs are friendly.

Grab a quick drink in the middle of the day but this sparks so much joy! I order Fully Grape Fruit Season Tea, it tastes so so good! Minimal sweetness and so natural, infused with 3 big slices of grapefruit. This is my first try on their drink and I can’t wait for the next purchase.
The attendant are polite and friendly too.
Plus point for no straw policy ??
