★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average waffles, poor service. Advertised pancakes on tv screens which attracted us in but then said they didn't sell them. Didn't have all the ingredients to make our order and didn't offer a substitute. Took a long time despite us being the only customers.

I was there just to buy a piece of cake for my son's birthday and ask the staff to write the words on the plate. but I didn't expect the staff there to be so good and play a birthday song in the store when my son came in. it was beyond my expectations. 5 stars for the friendly service?
