★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter is well taken care of here since she was 3 months old. Her daily status is properly documented in a report card. The centre will also take photos of activities my daughter has had in the centre and send to us via an app.

During the difficult COVID times too they have managed to provide the utmost care and safety to our child. Kudos to all the teachers and service team of the center

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been comfirm with Ms Efa on 25th March that my son will enroll to yr centre at Arkadia on June.
And now she is not longer with yr centre,the new person in charge said that not available slot on next month,and her reply is really irresponsible.
Am really disappointed with the arrangement as I already been told to register and payment on May at Arkadia centre,and today(9thMay) I contact the Choo choo train number(In charge by Ms Efa before),and the new PIC said that not available slot for my son on June.
Started of February when I make enquiry,I had been told no slot till August at Arkadia branch and I ready to send my son to mutiara branch first then will transfer my son back to Arkadi on August.
Later Ms Efa comfirm with me that have parents postpone their enrolment and have slot for me on June,and I have been comfirm with her,and virtual tour on WhatsApp video call as parents no allow to visit due to centre SOP.
And now because her mistake,maybe because she is resign and didn’t inform the person take over her position from mutiara branch,Ms Leen to follow up my registration.
Wasting my time for months been waiting and telling me that i should search around the area for other child care centre,because now no available slot as many parents still on waiting list.
That’s really incredible.?
*UPDATE REPLY*
I had filled mine and my son details when I make enquiry on February,and on March was told to wait to received the payment details and instruction to pay on May to secure my booking, but i didn't receive the such. Not knowing your worker didn't make the arrangement and your branch didn't bother to reach out to me about the changes that occurred until i reached out to make payment yesterday as it is May as agreed previously.
I'm glad this happened now, to show how irresponsible your centre are to handle things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would really like to recommend Choo Choo Train (MD branch) to parents who are still hesitating where to send their kids. My son was there ever since he was only 4 months old. We had surveyed more than 5 daycares before we settled down with Choo Choo Train. They have teachers who are patient and full with love. My daughter too joined Choo Choo Train at 1 year old. Despite she were there for only 7 months, but I could feel she was happy there. Despite our location is considered far from the center, but we’d never thought of moving them to other center till my son was at the age where we believe he needed to move on to a differ stage of his life - a kindie.
We would really like to thank teachers in MD branch for their professionalism and their love to our kids. They are not only teachers but certified nurses. We wish you guys all the best and we believe our kids will miss the teachers too ?
