★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very racist staff attending to my friend 's brother on 25 May 2020, 8.30 pm.
I went for jog in Desa Park with my friend and his brother, the brother drop by 7 Eleven to buy a recharge card. He asked the lady politely in English if they have it and was surprised that the lady call him "BODOH" after she say yes, not knowing that this man understand Bahasa Malaysia. He claimed that the lady is Malay and wearing tudung . I went there to ask on what ground she has to insult customer that way. Just because he's foreigner and you assumed that he did not understand Bahasa you can call him "BODOH" ?? She was trying to defend herself by saying she was alone and busy. Wow... 7 Eleven??? please hire human being with good working attitude or are you people don't train staff at all how to greet and handle customer ? This guy didn't even do or say anything offensive.. I demand to see the supervisor and she claimed that she was the supervisor on duty that night. This is a level of supervisor's work etiquette?? So your supervisor call customer BODOH whenever they are stress at work ?? Please take action on her!! At least if not for 7-E reputation , its a lesson for her !! I'm ashamed of you as fellow Malay that supposed to be cultured and as Muslim to treat any human fairly regardless of their background. Shame on you! wearing hijab aren't you supposed to carry yourself better . Now you portrayed negative image both race and religion with your unethical behavior!!
