★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 11am, Sunday, the wait was 30 minutes for both hainan chicken chop and char siu burger. Both taste are ok , worth trying. But hainan beng tasted just like like teh beng to me, not the right ratio of coffee and teh, overpowered by condensed milk.

Drinks: best in teh, cham and hainan kopitiam
Wantan mee: Char Siew yummy and can try their curry too
Western food: taste and served in restaurant standard but price is kopitiam price

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personally love the wantan mee here, the noodles are so springy and not like the usual ones I’ve had at other places. Char Siew and Wantan portion also ok.
Honey Lemon super sweet unfortunately ?
Hainan Tea also ok.
Had to agree there’s couple of flies around but it’s near the market so dont expect too much

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very busy little kopitiam. Good and reasonably priced food. Parking can be a hassle at times. Beware of the price, eg, nasi lemak GrabFood RM5.90, dine-in RM3.90, takeaway RM3.00. Seems like they are discouraging dine-in during pandemic. For those who are looking for sambal nasi lemak that are not sweet, highly recommended. Bring your own fried anchovies though for they serve none.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wan Tan Mee (8/10). Butter and Kaya Toast (8/10). Egg tart (7/10) it’s better if serve warm. Hainan tea (7/10). The place a bit run down, table distance is very near. Will come back again and try other food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Choon Fatt Kopitiam offer hainan style kopitiam. Overall food is average but the drinks are good, tea and the kopi is fragrant. Toast is not bad, just toasted enough and the kaya is nice. Char siew not enough crunch and caramel to it, nasi lemak not fragrant enough. Price is reasonble thou. This area is near to the morning market, thus not easy getting parking spot.
