Mum quite likes the place. They serve proper meals which can last us until the next meal. Can be very crowded at peak hours.

Ordered Yong Tau Fu, chee cheong fun, Mi Xian noodles with Sui Gao. Honestly, it's the most horrible YTF place I've ever gone. All the YTF are overcooked. The fish paste is so hard, the chilli and eggplant is so overcooked that it's mushy and soft. This might be because if a place decides to cook all their food all at once and only scooping the YTF when a customer orders them. The Mi Xian noodles are so horrible. Tasteless even though they provide an extra bottle to add Chinese wine. The fishpaste in the sui gao was hard as ever because it's overcooked. I couldn't even finish the noodles. Overall experience was bad. Food was bad. It's also very pricey. RM 90 for 4pax for YTF. The only thing good is the service. Other than that, I would not go back there ever again. If you ever crave for YTF, I would recommend Yap Hup Kee Yong Tau Foo in Pudu. YTF and CCF there is 1000% better than this place.

Tried the intestine porridge this time and it was good. It had that small town, nostalgic feeling to it. Hubby ordered their seafood nyonya curry (with noodles). Can possibly taste a little bit sweet to some. And oh, try mixing the sambal with the nyonya curry soup. It's a uniquely delicious combination. Serving was also generous. The yong tau foo was decent...particularly liked the you tiao with fish paste (soaked it in the curry soup...?) On my 1st visit, I ordered the curry chee cheong fun and totally enjoyed it, too.

Finally get to try out the curry ccf & YTF here . The place is easy to find but parking can be a big hassle. Expect to park by the roadside far away. Place is cosy and maybe it was off lunch time, it was rather quiet when I was there for late lunch. The curry ccf with sambal was ok, nothing really stand out, would prefer the curry to be spicier. As for the YTF it was rather disappointing - the meat fillings was extremely small especially for the tinny fried dumplings but texture was fresh & crunchy. Now that I tried, unlikely will return as there are many better places for curry ccf and YTF……. Just my modest opinion & taste buds.

If you are looking for a hearty breakfast do come and check this out. They served traditional coffee, bread N butter, boiled egg sets. On top of that, their famous dish is the NIONG DAU FU as has been 60 years of heritage recipe fish paste. I personally like their tofu ball as the soup is so good, don't ordered just for 3 pieces but go for the big portion which comes with 6 pieces. I had to make 2nd Round of ordering for 2 pax eating because is that good. The barley is really good too.

The place is clean and good service. But overall we find only the CCF with soy sauce is to our liking. The fish paste in the YTF is soft and we can't taste the fish paste in the fried thin tofu skin. The soup doesn't come with daun manis and the chilli sauce is watery. We still prefer the Kampung Restaurant Yong Tau Fu in Puchong

Finally came her to try! Overall the place is clean and organise. Just that the serving time need improvement. Food quality is ok and not too great. Especially the YTF or Curry CCF worth to try. For the noodle, very set back is can’t choose the type of noodle and restricted to think Meehoon. Price at higher side compared to the portion of the food served. Will only come again if there is nothing else to eat in OUG.
