★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I went to this clinic as I was having terrible migraine pain. As per checking on AIA platform, the closing time was 10.30pm so I went there around 8.45 and went inside at 8.50. The girl working there said it's closed. I told her that the time in AIA shows 10.30 but she said look at the time state outside which shows 9pm. I told her, it's ok still not yet 9pm, can you please let doctor prescribe medication as I need migraine medication. Pain killer does not help much. She was super rude and said no cannot. Doctor have to go back to Taiping Hospital at 9pm. Doctor doing locum so He have to rush to the hospital fast. What's the use of Doctor working in klinik and govt hospital? Is it approved by kkm? How can a doctor work 2places and can doctor serve govt hospital patients well with tired? I was on time which was not yet 9pm and if for migraine it won't we take 5mins for the doctor to consult.. the girl uses foul words towards me which is why took her picture. Then she kept shouting from the klinik with foul words. No customer service and not professional at all. Please don't go to this clinic! I will never recommend anyone to go this clinic.
