★ ★ ★ ★ ★ saya ada membawa anak saya untuk mendapatkan rawatan di Klinik Dr Nor Anisah pada tarikh 28 JUn 2017 pada jam lebih kurang 8.45 malam.. saya amat kecewa kerana pegawai perubatan yang bertugas tidak memberi rawatan yang sewajarnya kepada ank saya yg sesak nafas.. tanpa membuat apa-apa pemeriksaan ke atas anak saya.. pegawa tersebut hanya memberi ubat saja.akibatnya ank saya menjadi semakin teruk sesak nafas dan terpaksa dibawa ke kecemasan di Hospital Batu Gajah..saya harap perkhidmatan rawatan boleh ditingkatkan dengan mengambil kira keselamatan pelanggan terima kasih
I was taking my child for treatment at the Dr Nor Anisah Clinic on JUNE 28, 2017 at approximately 8.45pm .. I was very disappointed that the medical staff on duty did not provide proper treatment to my breathing problems .. without doing anything. -this examination of my son .. the employee was only giving medication. As a result I became increasingly deprived and had to be taken to the emergency at Batu Gajah Hospital..I hope treatment services can be improved by taking into account customer safety thanks
