★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience.Never go there if you have big breeds she is not professional she refused to even wash my cat. She just offer me to shave all my cat hairs because of my cat furrs bit oily. Plus she complain me my cat is getting angry i asked her to use colar for him also she refused that she dnt sale colar Means in a pet saloon she dnt even have colar very unprofessional. Then i visit to another pet saloon they groom my cat very well without shaving his hairs they treat all his knots

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opens and closes at her own pleasure. Last min notice that she will close early which also means that pets left for overnight boarding will be caged in tiny crates as early as 4pm until 11am the next day. Not ideal for boarding and customer service is not the best
