★ ★ ★ ★ ★ so called vet doctor and assistant very rough the way he hold my cat , this is my first and last come to this vet . never ever visit again . cause my cat looks traumatised since that incident .poor my baby cat .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consultation was good, Dr Tan is knowledgeable. Unfortunately it was a bad overall experience with their appalling hygiene practice:
1) the vet was using an used glove (purple stained) to examine the dog, and washed the glove with soap (for next use?!) while she thought I was going to empty the dog's anal gland myself. After I clarified with her to please perform the procedure, she uses the same glove to express the anal gland!
2) she was having a cold, sneezing while vaccinate and express the anal gland without wearing a mask.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called you few times, my calls was hang up. No choice but to bring my dog over only to to told that doctor is only in on Monday and Saturday. Should have trained your staff to answer phone calls or at least post on your Facebook page. Really disappointed with this sort of bad arrangement

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady vet is so genuine and caring. It's my first time here as my personal vet is shut on Mondays. She is so gentle with my little dog, and very attentive to every single detail while I was explaining. This is also quite close to get to for myself at least and parking is not an issue. Affordable, reasonable and most of all not a bogus vet. My review is purely based on my experience visiting this veterinary .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my cat for vaccination, but the so called vet doctor poke my cats for 5 times because he said the syringe is not working. My cat is still a kitten that i can see she is really scared and traumatised. Then, he also fed her pill in a very rough way. Very unprofessional and impatient. Then, i told him the cat might have potential earmite issue, with just flipping the cat ears and take a brief look, he straightaway gives us a costly oilment. Not even properly check or using microscope etc. The counter man also grumpy and has bad attitude. This would be the first and the last time of my visit. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was recommended to this clinic by another pet owner as apparently the lady vet there is quite good. The clinic looks more like a pet shop but reasonably clean and neat,. When I went during the listed opening hours, I was not make to feel welcome by the staff manning the shop at all. When I asked if the vet was in they just said no and shrugged with a couldn't care less attitude and stared at me as if wishing I would go away. I was told to I come back another time or go to a different vet. I went to a different vet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a proper vet, doctor only available twice a week and his assistant who turned up has no experience handling animals, shook the carrier bag to get my cat out and told me his bladder was swollen.
Took my cat to another proper hospital right after who said that the bladder was perfectly fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude to customer , service attitude is very bad .?????? in this shop .Basic knowledge about product also don’t know. If really sales retail about pet things or issue about product please go to learn it first before open a shop or hire a people with this . Not simply just answer with your kinds of attitude!! (A Chinese middle man age who in front door services ) is onwer of this pet shop is very arrogant to customer ??????. Not recommend and I won’t come back again !! I didn’t abusing you ,the people serve us the way talking with us and attitude is looking like very arrogant . And don’t want to answer even I show already product I want to buy ! Pls stop writing like this to protect your own self about it !!
