★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am one of their long time customers of more than 20 years. Though Dr. Chuah is very famous... but it's no reason to rest on their laurel. Customer service is appalling to say the least. The nurses are rude and uncouth. Hey...we're the paying customer here. If they continue with this type of attitude... they're going to kill Dr. Chuah's reputation. Buck up please. Come up with a better numbering system.

One of the visiting doctors, Michael (if not mistaken) worked on my tooth for 3 hours and finally asked for Dr Chuah's help, the latter took 10mins to remove my tooth. M also did a bad stitching that leaves a piece of flesh hanging out. One of the nurse who assisted during the surgery was also unprofessional. She didn't wear a mask and yawned throughout the surgery. And they dared to charge me at the maximum fee. Bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not to confuse the doctor's expert service with the inexpert service by the front desk. Yes, their numbering system is old and the nurses can be rude.
I have travelled to and from Australia and my hometown is Bercham. I have been blessed and lucky enough to have Dr Chuah to be my dentist for the last 20 years. Because I travel 6000km way back home to see this particular dentist because of the ease of dental service he provides.
Only Dr Chuah. And he works weekdays only and in the mornings. Be sure to show up an hour before to get your number to go through him before he leaves for the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don’t confuse, Cheah and Chua is different clinic, i prefer Dr. Cheah, the old man DR, yellow colour door that. At the first floor. i visit before.
Yesterday i just go to visit Klinik CHUA (Ground Floor ) ,the service is bad ! Expecialy the nurse or asst. i think she just a asst not is a nurse,but the good thing is have 4 Doctors inside the clinic. My friend told me Dr Chua is a good Doctor, but need come at 7am to take Q,Only for first 20 patient. For the rest is for visitors doctor,
