★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a patient who is doing braces at this clinic for the past 6 months since February 2021 and after the orthodontist who is in charge of my braces move out of the clinic, I was promised by them to come out with a plan. However, it had past for more than a month and I haven't received any calls on the solution. My parents even made calls to the office and still nothing until today. From my opinion, it is an act of irresponsibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my tooth filling on 8/8/21, then the filling part was fall off yesterday night. I had sent message via WhatsApp to query about this issue yesterday. Just 3 months + only, waste my money for tooth filling and get pain. After my query, clinic staff had reply me: Good morning. We checked our record the hole is actually huge that's why it has tendency to fell off. Maybe you can come and let doctor check again. Feel free to contact us at 04 6682360 for any inquiry and appointment. Thanks and have a great day. I felt that no trust there for me to go again for the checkup.

-1 There’s a aunty ask for help about the online registration she shouted to her and said they’re the front-liners to take care patient but not replying your questions. Well what i see she’s not busy at all. Chitchatting with the guy beside her.
-2 Me and my sis came here for vaccinations, we paid deposit together and they said my sister status was cancelled. Made us wait about 15 minutes in high risk area and tell us to go back and wait cause the finance department has passed the working hour. [ 5:00 pm ]
