★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad company. I have subscribed to products from this company but the service is not done on time. Damaged items are not replaced with new items but recycle from used items even if there is a one to one exchange term within a period of one year of damaged items. It is very difficult to contact a technician to request an appointment for regular servicing. For those of you who just want to try, it's best to look for a reputable company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid for one year service (4 times services) package for 2021.. serviced twice and now way overdue for 3rd service. Called their customer service twice and was informed will arrange for it since early October 2021.. Really bad service. My advice is to opt for well known brands
