They have high quality imported (mostly european) kitchen sinks, taps, oven, hob, hood and other home appliances. The best part is the prices are all reasonable. The person incharge named Rix is very professional and very accomodating. Worth the time and money spent at the shop today.

Mr Gavin from Urbanez Klang was really friendly, helpful and took his time to explain about the products and he also recommended some good brands. He was patient enough to guide me on how to take the correct measurements for the hood and hob and both the products fit very well.
Mr Rix from Urbanez PJ was also very helpful in making sure the items were delivered on time and ensure that the installer installed the items as requested. He was also very responsive whenever I contacted him to inquire about the delivery of the products.

β β β β β Bought a Belling range cooker and experienced horrendous after sales service. The delivery did not include unboxing the 100kg appliance. Rix told us to prepare 32amp electrical wiring which we did but he refused to provide any support in connecting the wiring to the appliance. The user manual offered little information. Please be forewarned about buying a Belling from this supplier.

β β β β β The best pricing that i could find in KL, i got the Robam hood and hob at a pricing that i was surprised with. Maevis was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to ensure that i get the best bang for buck. I also gotten the Smith sink which i am extremely happy with. Keep it up Maevis!
