★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First and foremost, I wanna clarify that this 3star rating is for the overall experience that I have been visiting this clinic for the past years, in which I hope the clinic see this and to improve further.
Secondly, I will give Dr Chan and Dr Ng 5star individually for their professional service and caring given to the patients.
Now why 3star for the overall experience?
This clinic is always crowded and waiting for hours is nothing to be surprised.
A small clinic with 2 doctors and 1 physiotherapist on duty, this is what I thought the main reason for the crowds and long waiting times.
As a patient, we come in with sickness and and aching body, I would always want to see the doc asap, and get the medication asap, then go home for the medication and rest.
That’s why for every time I plan to visit this clinic, I would ask myself if I shall come to wait and suffer a bit in the waiting time.
So sometimes I would call to ask for the queue status.
It’s even worst when you need to wait for another 15 or 30min at the dispensary for the medication and receipts.
I think the current number of nurse or front desk staff are overloaded for the crowds and they work in the small space which might have affected their work efficiency.
Lastly, I hope this clinic will find a way to either expand the clinic size or work out something to improve the overall services from registration to the waiting time and finally the dispensary so that I will have no brainer to visit the clinic again. I always believe the best in class clinic comes with the professional & caring doc and staff and in a comfortable ambience and streamlined manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here twice -- Dr. Chan is the best GP I've met in my life. Even when he had a lot of patients, he was calm, patient and caring. He's obviously knowledgeable in general/family medicine, but what impressed me the most is his collaborative, holistic approach -- he works with other experts e.g. physio, therapist and gives context re: his prescriptions and treatments. I'm picky as hell and I did extensive online research before going ahead with Chye Clinic -- excited to report that it has been a delightful experience so far!

Every single time I go there, they always do their best to help out and give great advice to help maintain a healthy lifestyle. Such a wonderful and dedicated doctor and charges very reasonable.... actually the Cheapest (I've known in my area) yet the Best!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best GP i've ever been to so far! Dr Chan is a very good and friendly doctor. He's so attentive to my questions and give clear explanation to each of them. The doctor will not prescribe any unnecessary medication or make unnecessary tests for profit. The cost of treatment and counselling is affordable and actually pretty cheap for such a good clinic like this.
The staffs are super friendly too! Basically all the staffs in the clinic will treat you nicely and professionally so you will leave the clinic feeling happy and not having any fear of your illness. The clinic is pretty spacious too with plenty of seats so eventhough there are a lot of patients on waiting list, but no one is left unseated.
10/10! This clinic will definitely be my go-to clinic from now on ???

I wanna extend my appreciation to Dr Chan for the professionalism and always patient in explaining each diagnosis. Friendly and helpful staff makes you always feel good and comfortable. Just done a small surgery here and I’m so blessed that it was a great experience with them. Thank you for putting me at ease and the detailed explanation. Appreciate that ?? ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First visit to this clinic and had a good experience. Dr. Chan was attentive and nice, not just simply end the consultation within few minutes. Indian lady at dispensary was friendly and warm too.
Only thing is waiting time at reception was quite long, as the 2 staffs were occupied with their own work.
However, will definitely be back again if any medical care is needed. Highly recommended, thank you Chye Clinic.
